Dean James is a seasoned broadcast executive with over 25 years experience in small to major markets.

Dean started his radio career while attending the University of Lowell (Umass- Lowell) and broke into the the business at a small station (WDLW) in Waltham, Massachusetts. Then it was on to Boston radio (WBOS) as air talent and a programmer including a country music consulting position with Bose for their high-end in car stereo systems (yeah, they were cassettes).

Dean spent two years in Miami/Fort Lauderdale as air talent at a successful AC station (WJQY).

While at the beaches of Miami the Kansas City steaks were callin' and Dean spent two years in Kansas City's dominant country station (KFKF).

Then one more move to Dallas/Fort Worth. Like they say, "...I'm not from Texas, but I got here as quick as I could... right quick..." Dean spent pretty close to 10 years with ABC (KSCS) and three years with Entravision Radio as an OM/PM overseeing latin based formats.

Country, Rock, AC, Urban Latin, Rhythmic Top 40. #1 in Kansas City and Dallas! Near the top in Miami. Competitive with Latin formats in Dallas. Consulting stations in Fredericksburg VA, Billings Montana and a network startup with Phil Hall (Audience Bakery). Dean is proven winner and great competitor.

Tony Stevens is the country music authority with over 25 years of rock solid experience and a killer track record.

Tony graduated from the University of Missouri at Kansas City and Baker University. Starting with KFKF Kansas City in 1984 Tony has been the music director and an air personality the majority of his tenure with KFKF. His knowledge of music programming has helped the station enjoy consistent leadership in the market.

Tony also has worked with smaller market stations consulting with Sconnix broadcasting.

Tony has been nominated for Billboard Music Director of the Year, CMA Broadcast Personality of the Year and Missouri Broadcaster's Association Personality of the Year. Tony is a working musician in the Kansas City area and baseball fanatic!
